Services / Odor Removal
Odor removal
Smoke, decomposition, dead animals, and long-term neglect all leave odor that ordinary cleaning can’t reach. We assess the situation and build a customized plan to remove it at the source and refresh the space — at businesses, rental properties, and homes alike.
Smoke & fire
Smoke odor embeds itself in walls, fabric, and HVAC systems long after visible damage is repaired.
Decomposition
Odor from decomposition, whether human or animal, requires source removal, not masking.
Dead animals & rodents
Often trapped in walls, attics, or crawlspaces — found and addressed at the source.
General persistent odor
Long-term neglect, pets, or unknown causes — standalone or paired with another service.
Our Process
We find the source. Then we eliminate it.
Assess
We identify the actual source of the odor, not just where it’s strongest.
Build a plan
A customized treatment plan based on the cause, the materials involved, and the space itself.
Treat
Professional-grade equipment removes odor at the molecular level, not a surface-level cover-up.
Verify
We confirm the odor is actually gone before calling the job complete.
The Technology We Use
Equipment built for the job, not a spray bottle.
Masking a smell is easy. Actually eliminating it requires reaching into porous materials and treating the air itself — which is why we use the same category of equipment restoration and remediation professionals rely on.
ULV Fogging
An ultra-low-volume fogger atomizes an odor-neutralizing solution into a fine mist that reaches into upholstery, carpet fibers, and wall cavities — the porous materials where odor-causing residue actually hides, not just the surfaces a wipe-down can reach.
Ozone Treatment
Ozone (O₃) oxidizes odor molecules at the source rather than masking them — effective on smoke, decomposition, and pet odor. Treatment happens in a sealed, unoccupied space for a set period, and the area is fully ventilated before anyone re-enters.
HEPA Air Scrubbing
A negative-air machine continuously filters airborne particles through HEPA and carbon filtration during and after treatment — containing odor and contaminants so they don’t spread to unaffected areas while we work.
Why It Matters Who You Hire
Easy to mask, hard to actually eliminate.
Without the right process and equipment, odor can persist or return after a job that looked complete. As with all our work, this is handled exclusively by our own certified team, never subcontracted, following the same documented, itemized process that supports insurance and reimbursement claims. We serve the Coachella Valley, Riverside County, San Bernardino, and El Centro.
