Our Story
Devin and Rachel founded Coachella Valley Bio-Recovery & Remediation after recognizing a need for a local, properly registered specialist serving the Coachella Valley and beyond.
Together, they bring decades of experience in healthcare, crisis response and communications — careers that have required professionalism, discretion and compassion when working with people during difficult circumstances.
They built the company around those same principles. Coachella Valley Bio-Recovery & Remediation provides trained, professional biohazard and trauma cleanup with a commitment to treating every person, property and situation with dignity and respect.
Most importantly, Devin and Rachel are local. They care deeply about the Coachella Valley and created this company to provide their neighbors with a trusted resource when they need it most.
Locally Rooted
We live here. That’s the point.
Physically based in the Coachella Valley, not dispatching in from Hemet, Temecula, or Los Angeles — which means faster response exactly when it matters most, and direct relationships with the Coroner’s Bureau, local funeral homes, and community resources.

What “CDPH-Registered” Actually Means
A real, specific requirement — not every company has met it.
In California, biohazard cleanup companies are legally required to register with the Department of Public Health as a Trauma Scene Waste Management Practitioner. It’s a real, specific requirement, and not every company advertising these services has actually met it.
Property owners also carry their own legal disclosure obligations depending on the situation. Understanding both sides protects you, whichever company you choose.
